- Full-day workshop (8 hours): INR 35,000
- Customized Training Solutions: Tailored programs are developed to address specific organizational requirements. Pricing for these solutions is determined after a comprehensive needs assessment and is communicated transparently to the client.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: To confirm a booking, clients are required to make an advance payment of 50% of the total training fee.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due within 7 days after the completion of the training session.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and UPI through our integrated Razorpay payment gateway.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior will incur a 25% cancellation fee, deducted from the advance payment.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.
- Provider Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a training session, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
