1.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Prior to Training Commencement:

    • More than 15 Days Before Start Date: Clients may cancel their enrollment up to 15 days before the training start date. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, minus a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.

    • Between 7 to 14 Days Before Start Date: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the training will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

    • Less than 7 Days Before Start Date: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • After Training Commencement:

    • Once the training program has begun, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), clients will be notified promptly and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only as per the cancellation terms outlined above. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@rajdeepchauhan.com.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Initiation: Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2.3 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. If this is not feasible, an alternative method will be arranged in consultation with the client.

2.4 Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized training programs tailored specifically to a client’s requirements are non-refundable once the customization process has begun.

3. Payment Gateway Compliance

  • In accordance with payment gateway guidelines, all refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway used for the original transaction. For instance, if a payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card. This ensures compliance with payment gateway policies and helps in tracking transactions effectively.
